Your First Visit

It is essential to know what to expect during your first visit to ease your anxieties. Here are some things all our clients must know before they visit our office for the first time. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first visit to fill out preliminary paperwork and check-in. The first visit usually consists of a consultation, check-up, and x-rays (if needed). 

We recommend booking a “New Patient Exam,” which is an hour-and-a-half long appointment where your teeth are cleaned and polished by a hygienist, x-rays are taken, and includes a thorough oral examination by the dentist at the end.

The dentist will explain your diagnosis and treatment options and recommend next steps. Please bring: 

  • Any dental x-rays taken within the past six months – electronic copies only, emailed
  • Insurance information
  • A list of medications you are taking (if any)
  • IFHP papers (refugees)

We are able to bill insurance directly from all three of our offices in real time. Contact us today for an appointment.

    Preliminary Paperwork

    Before we begin our process, we provide our clients with some forms they must fill. Our receptionist will be there to help you out, and if you have any questions regarding the form, you can ask them. They will guide you throughout the process, and ensure you fill the correct information.

    2007

    New Patient Exam

    During your first visit, you can book the new patient exam. We will clean your teeth, polish them, and then one of our dentists will do a thorough oral examination. Then, we can guide you better about your diagnosis and treatment options. If you have any questions at this stage, feel free to ask.

    What’s Your Next Step?

    After a thorough examination of your oral health. Our dentist will recommend you different treatment options. They will provide you with complete details to help you decide what to opt for. Then, you can move forward with what you want to do next.
