Do I need an appointment to visit Alassali Jewelry Studio ?

For custom inquiries, an appointment is required. To use any of our jewelry services (resizing, repair, etc) you can stop by our location and speak with a representative.

How long does a custom order take to complete?

A piece with more mass can take 5-6 weeks or possibly more depending on the complexity of the design and stone setting.

Do you offer jewelry insurance?

We don’t offer jewelry insurance services but we recommend the well-respected ‘Jewelers Mutual’ for their insurance services. Each custom order’s processing time varies with each order. A smaller piece can take 2-4 weeks to design and manufacture. A piece with more mass can take 5-6 weeks or possibly more depending on the complexity of the design and stone setting.

Does my jewelry come with an appraisal?

All custom jewelry orders come with a laboratory appraisal certificate.

What form of payments are accepted at Al-assali Jewelry Studio ? Am I able to split up payments ?

All major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa) are accepted. As well as bank wire transfers.

Am I able to split up payments ?

For split payments on a custom order please call in at 647-562-4340 and we can arrange a payment plan that best suits you.

What is the minimum deposit for a custom ?

The minimum deposits we require to activate a custom order is $500 CAD. The deposit covers the design cost and will be accounted for on your final quote.

Shipping:

Can I track my shipments

Upon placing an order, clients will promptly receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor their shipment’s progress seamlessly. Orders generally reach their destination within 3 to 4 business days, ensuring timely arrival and customer satisfaction.

Do you ship outside of Canada / USA?

We offer international shipping services, ensuring our products can reach customers worldwide with ease. For inquiries regarding delivery to specific regions, please contact us directly to confirm shipping availability and explore tailored solutions for their needs.

Can I get expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping options such as Saturday delivery or overnight delivery are available upon request, providing flexible and expedient solutions tailored to our customers’ specific needs.

Is my shipment insured?

Our brand relies on Canada Post and FedEx for efficient delivery services. Every package dispatched is safeguarded with comprehensive insurance coverage, guaranteeing peace of mind for our customers throughout the shipping process.

What about international duties & fees?

International duties and fees refer to additional charges imposed by customs authorities or local governments when importing goods from one country to another. At Alassali Jewelry Studio, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction; therefore, we do not charge clients for these duties and fees. We strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience, providing clarity and assistance to our international customers throughout the purchasing process.
